Terms and conditions
- Rates are per apartment per night and include final clean-up.
- 25 € surcharge for bookings of less than 4 nights.
- A deposit of 150 € is required to confirm your booking. The remaining sum can be paid in cash prior to departure.
- Cancellation fees:
- If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, we will refund the deposit in full.
- If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged unless new tenants can be found.
- In case of late arrivals or early departures, the full amount for the boked stay will be charged.
- We recommend Travel Insurance.
